Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by SahasraTek ('SahasraTek', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements described above and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Some features of our apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. SahasraTek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SahasraTek will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Some of our apps include online features that require an internet connection, including leaderboards, multiplayer, cloud saves, live events, and content updates. These features may not be available in all regions and may be subject to additional terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any online feature or service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You agree not to use our online services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; to disrupt or interfere with other players; or to use unauthorized third-party tools, bots, hacks, or cheats.

Online progress, achievements, virtual items, and leaderboard rankings are stored on our servers and are tied to your account. SahasraTek is not responsible for the loss of online progress due to account deletion, bans, or service termination.

Some of our free apps display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and IronSource. By using our free apps, you consent to receiving advertisements as part of the app experience.

Third-party advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier and other data to serve you personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings. Opting out will result in non-personalized ads being displayed instead.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. SahasraTek is not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in advertisements displayed within our apps.

Ad-free versions of our apps may be available for purchase as a one-time payment or subscription. Purchasing an ad-free experience removes third-party advertisements from that specific app.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SahasraTek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party our apps; modify or make derivative works based upon our apps; reverse engineer or access our apps in order to build a competitive product or service; or copy any features, functions, or graphics of our apps.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) impersonating any person or entity; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of our services; (d) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services; (e) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from our services; (f) using our services to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications; or (g) cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software in our games.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services and may subject you to legal liability.

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency, premium items, and subscription services. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. SahasraTek may modify, manage, regulate, control, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice, and SahasraTek shall have no liability for any such actions.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All content included in or made available through our services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SahasraTek or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use of the content, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Our apps may allow you to submit, post, or share content ('User Content'). By submitting User Content, you grant SahasraTek a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. SahasraTek reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use our services or make purchases without parental consent.

For apps designated as 'Designed for Families', additional restrictions apply in accordance with Google Play's Families Policy and Apple's guidelines for children's apps, including limitations on data collection and advertising.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUURA STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUURA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL AUURA STUDIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AUURA STUDIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SahasraTek is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
